The Robinson Public Library is pleased to invite you to the 50th anniversary celebration of the Robinson Public Library at their 606 N. Jefferson location. There will be many events at the library that day including food trucks, various vendors, various performers for kids and adults, kid’s crafts, games, a bounce house, and music! The schedule for performers is as follows;

Chris Fascione – 10 am

Chad Collyer – 11 am

Bright Star Touring Theatre – 1 pm

Damon Mitchell – 2 pm

Jamie Poorman – 3 pm

(This presentation, while it appeals to a wide range of audiences, is recommended for an audience of high school age and above. It is not inappropriate necessarily for younger ages but does deal with difficult topics).

Due to an expected increase in pedestrian foot traffic on the day of the event, there will be a limited number of parking spaces available on the south side of the parking lot (nearest the front entrance).  Those spaces will be designated for pickup/drop off of library materials only.  Event parking will be at a couple of designated locations – the city-owned parking lot at the intersection of E. Locust and N. Jefferson Streets as well as at Little Learners Child Care Center, 1011 N. Jefferson St.  There will also be limited parking on the west side of N. Jefferson Street.  Round-trip transportation will be provided for event goers that choose not to walk to/from either parking location by Rides Mass Transit District.
